Case Study: Improve Sales and Traffic

A hotel wanted to promote its amenities to guests in a personable, yet non-intrusive manner. The goal was to encourage guests to utilize hotel amenities instead of going off-site to fulfill their needs. The hotel designed various table tents for placement in different areas of guest rooms, the hotel lobby, the fitness center. New designs and messages were rotated throughout the seasons.

Hotel staff placed table tents in guest rooms and common areas. Room table tents were given to the cleaning staff with instructions on where to place the table tents within guests' rooms. Restaurant and café sales increased, fitness center traffic went up, and more guests enjoyed the pool. The appropriately placed ads were a fun, gentle reminder of services available at the hotel.
