You can find new product ideas on our product search platform and submit a request for more information. To place an order, please get in touch with your Account Executive or reach out if you do not have a designated rep!
For best practice, please reach out to your Account Executive who will be able to create virtuals, offer a presentation, or provide a sample based on your custom selections.
When requesting information on a product found online, you will have the option to select colors and choose customization options like embroidery, heat labeling, etc.
Upon request, you will have the option to upload art files.
Up to 10 files can be attached to each request, with files up to 10MB in size; the total size of all attached files cannot exceed 50MB in size.
Accepted formats include: png, tif, jpg, pdf or eps file format
Note that a resolution of at least 300dpi is required and 600dpi is highly recommended.
Please note that graphic images designed for the web are not suitable for use as artwork in Promotional Products Production. Web page graphics are typically created at 72 dpi.
QRG unconditionally guarantees all products ordered by its clients to be exactly as presented and ordered without product or printing defects. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we will gladly replace it or it’s free.
