Quality Resource Group (QRG) is a national leader in the Print and Promotional Products industries, specializing in supporting the brand initiatives of our client partners by providing apparel, merchandise, commercial printing, e-commerce stores, and other identity solutions that fits their needs.

QRG is looking for a NetSuite Administrator/Developer to help administer, develop, and optimize our NetSuite solution. This position will help ensure that the company’s business requirements are met by working with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and enhance our NetSuite solutions. To be successful in this role you should have strong technical skills in NetSuite, SuiteScript, and SQL, while also having excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades to NetSuite
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and configure saved searches, report workflows, scripts, and other customizations in NetSuite based on the organization’s business requirements using NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
  • Perform testing and debugging of NetSuite customizations
  • Create technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, user guides, and release notes
  • Manage and maintain existing NetSuite applications and integrations via Celigo
  • Integrate NetSuite with other systems, such as CRM or promotional product industry-specific applications
  • Manage data imports and exports to and from NetSuite
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite configurations and customizations
  • Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities to recommend best practices and improvements to the platform
  • Manage our ticketing queue
  • Work with outside consultants to enhance current NetSuite processes

Here’s what you’ll need

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in NetSuite administration and development
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite platform and its various modules
  • Experience with SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Experience with NetSuite integration with other systems, such as Salesforce, Magento, and Shopify
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasking skills are essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • NetSuite certification
  • Celigo certification
  • Knowledge of web-based ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and Four51
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
  • Working knowledge of promotional product industry and CRM tools such as PromoStandards, commonsku, ESP, eXtendTech, Sage or HubSpot is highly desirable
