Accounting Supervisor

QRG is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to be located at any of our four main office locations, with Plymouth, MN being the preferred site. In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead a transactional accounting team of 12. Here’s what you’ll do

  • Manage and lead a transactional accounting team of 12 AR and AP team members
  • Build cross-functional relationships in support of the accounting team
  • Establish and optimize standard accounting processes, helping to create repeatable and reliable procedures and methods for the accounting team
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including month and end-year process, cash receipts, cash forecasting, checks, reconciliations, and asset and debt activity
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Conduct performance reviews for the members of your team
  • Other duties as assigned
